The rover and its descent stage and cruise stage are being assembled and tested at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif., for launch in 2011. Technical Sgt. March ARB personnel are working with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory to get the spacecraft its Air Certification so it can be transported to Cape Canaveral, Fla.
