Pass in review

Some 400 Air Force Junior ROTC cadets recently performed a Pass in Review ceremony at March Air Reserve Base. The Pass in Review is a long-standing military tradition that began as a way for a newly assigned commander to inspect their troops. Brig. Gen. James L. Melin, commander, 452nd Air Mobility Wing, served as the reviewing officer. Cadets from several schools in the area participated in the ceremony. A KC-135 (pictured) and a C-17 were opened for the cadets to tour. Afterwards, the students were treated to pizza and soda served by local community members. (U.S. Air Force photos by Maj.
