Samory Abdul-Raheem, admissions advisor at the Air Force Academy, shows the career fields of the 2010 graduates during a Leaders Encouraging Airman Development (LEAD) program briefing Sept. 17 in the education office. Each year, 85 enlisted Airman serving in the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard can enter the Academy through the LEAD program. Airmen applying must be under 23 on July 1 of the year entering, must be an unmarried citizen with no dependents, have no prior drug use or conviction and have a well-rounded background.
