Two members of the Blue Eagles Total Force Honor Guard fold the United States flag as part of 9th Annual Rally ‘Round the Flag event at the March Field Air Museum. The museum and the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce organized the event which featured patriotic music selections by the Moreno Valley Master Chorale, various speakers and the guest speaker, Dr. Ann Pfeifle, who spoke about the evolution of the American flag.
