Wendyl "Bruce" Stewart, 163d Reconnaissance Wing vice commander an American flag during a traditional flag folding ceremony at Colonel Stewart's retirement ceremony Mar. 6 at the Hap Arnold Club. Colonel Stewart served 42 years with the California Air National Guard. At the ceremony, Colonel Stewart was presented with two high ranking awards: the Legion of Merit medal and the Order of California.
