Octavio Ortiz recently awarded the Top Three's first Citizen Airman Gift Certificate to Senior Master Sgt. Barbara Morris, 452 MSG. Sergeant Morris led the March Field toy drive for the 2009 Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Her efforts contributed to the collection of over 250 toys, ensuring the Marine Corps met the significant challenge of providing holiday joy and cheer to many. The gift certificate has a value of $10, redeemable at the Hap Arnold Club. The Top Three is accepting nominations for future Citizen Airman Awards. Nominations can be placed through any Top Three member. Voting will take place during scheduled Top Three meetings. The nomination criteria are as follows: Professional leadership: demonstrates exceptional leadership traits in accomplishing the mission Professional image: inspires others by personal example, character and conduct in accomplishing duties Community involvement: impacts involvement in the military and/or civilian community Increased level of responsibility: initiates programs that positively impact the wing, group, unit, and/or mission
