Countdown to the annual picnic

The picnic starts is open to all branches of the military and their immediate families. There is no cost to attend. There will be free food and drinks, live bands, children’s activities and a commander’s dunk tank. The Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Silver Eagle Club are co-hosting the picnic. MARCH AIR RESERVE BASE, CALIF. -- (Right to left) Staff Sgt. Stanley St. John, Elaine Plein and Staff Sgt. Becky Dutcher unfurl a brand new Military Appreciation Picnic banner. They zip-tied the sign to the fence in a prominent location on the main gate roundabout. The sign promotes the 37th Annual Military Appreciation Picnic that will be held at LeMay park on the September drill weekend. The picnic is open to all Team March military members, their immediate families and civilians who work at the base. There will be food and drinks, live bands, children's activities and a commander's dunk tank. The Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Silver Eagle Club are co-hosting the picnic. The March ARB blood drive will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 3 p.m.
