Roger Parsons 116th Air Control Wing Public Affairs March Air Reserve Base, Calif. -- The 452nd Civil Engineer Squadron (CES), based out of March Air Reserve Base, Calif., complete Innovative Readiness Training at Camp Paumalu Girl Scout Camp, Hawaii, July 15-25, 2019. The 452nd CES teamed up with the Georgia Air National Guard’s 116th CES from Robins Air Force Base, Ga., for the real-world construction mission to support the Girl Scouts of Hawaii in building a science, technology, engineering, and math-based, or STEM, learning center at the camp while gaining crucial experience for wartime missions. They were supported by personnel from the 116th ACW’s services, medical, vehicle maintenance, and public affairs units as well as services specialists from the 105th Airlift Wing, New York Air National Guard and fire fighters from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard’s 171st Air Refueling Wing.
