Navy Cmdr. Sean M. O'Donnell relieved Nave Cmdr. George F. "Trey" Glaze as the commander of NOSC, Moreno Valley during the ceremony. Glaze's next assignment will be as Chief Staff Officer for Navy Region Southwest Reserve Component Command, San Diego, California.
