Halloween party
The 729th Airlift Squadron got into the Halloween spirit by hosting a decked-out Halloween party for squadron members and their families on the B UTA, Oct. 17. Getting into the spirit of the party, many squadron members decorated their offices as well. March participates in statewide earthquake exercise
Chief Master Sgt. Linda Hayden and Tech. Sgt. Aaron Wells review reports from the different units within the wing during an earthquake exercise called the Great California ShakeOut, on Oct. 15. The exercise allowed each unit to rehearse emergency response and mission capabilities in the event of a large earthquake. The exercise was the largest of its kind in U.S. history. Rideshare Week sees record participation

The mugs were a thank you gift for the 160 Team March members who participated in California Rideshare Week 2009. March ARB Rideshare coordinator, Mr. Paul Pitman, gathered ridesharers Tuesday to hand out prizes and discuss the direction of March’s rideshare program. Rideshare Week sees record participation
WHO WANTS A LUNCH BAG? March ARB Rideshare Coordinator, Mr. Paul Pitman displays a reusable lunch bag with a Rideshare logo to a Team March member gathered at the SSI conference room Tuesday. Each Rideshare participant received a stainless steel travel mug for using environmentally-conscious transportation at least once during the week of Oct. 5-9. Pitman also gave away Rideshare paraphernalia such as pens and lip balm. Pitman expects to hear the results of the drawing for the advertised gift certificates by the end of the week.
