Turkey for Christmas
The pilots and crew of the Christmas Day sortie pause for a snapshot. The last of about 130 members from various units throughout March ARB returned here from Incirlik AB, Turkey, Jan. 4, after wrapping up refueling missions in support of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. A KC-135 from the 452 AMW refuels a C-17 crew from McChord AFB on Christmas Day. The C-17 is piloted by Lt. Col. Albert Miller, squadron commander, 817 AS and Capt. Shaun Maloney.
