Citizen Airmen partner with “California Electric Boys” to restore hope

Utility trucks line up at Stewart Air National Guard Base, awaiting fuel and area assignments during restoration efforts throughout New York and New Jersey, just after Super-storm Sandy struck the East Coast. The vehicles were airlifted by C-17 Globemaster III and C-5 Galaxy aircraft from March Air Reserve Base, Travis Air Force Base and Joint Base Lewis-McChord AFB.
