Aerobathon Limbo

Fitness instructor Chris Keel demonstrate just how low he can go during a round of limbo that was the final event in the "Old School Aerobathon" at the March Air Reserve Base Fitness and Sports Center. The Fitness Center organizes the two-hour Aerobathons quarterly as a way to create fun and challenging workout from a variety of types of exercise. Fifteen Team March members participated in the May Aerobathon, which included spinning, cardio kickboxing, mat work and limbo. Upcoming at the Fitness Center is a morning bike ride, bench press competition and a three-point shoot out competition. (U.S. Air Force photo)
