Tech Sgt. Trevor Netzley, 92 AMXS jet engine systems craftsman, Fairchild AFB, Wash., installs a turbine rear frame vibration lead as Staff Sgt. Gary Nicholas, Air National Guard 161st Air Refueling Wing, Phoenix, Ariz, watches. The vibration analysis is used to balance the fan rotor on the jet engine. The procedure is similar to balancing tires on a car. (U.S. Air Force photo by SSgt Megan Crusher)
