Master Chef Marc Cummings teaches March Commissary patrons how to prepare shrimp risotto in about 10 minutes with just a few ingredients last Sunday. He enjoys travelling to military bases and instructing military members on how to prepare gourmet meals with a handful of ingredients in a short amount of time. Chef Marc can be seen on the Food Network and is celebrity chef for Celebrity Cruise Lines. After the dish was prepared, he served the delicacy to the anxiously awaiting crowd.
