The Air Force Band of the Golden West warms up at the Moreno Valley City Hall, which was their tenth and final Christmas caroling performance Tuesday, Dec. 15. The brass quintet consists of (from left to right) Master Sgt. Matt Baloun playing bass trombone in place of a tuba, Airman 1st Class Ryan Torronez on trombone, Tech. Sgt. John Ruff on trumpet, Tech. Sgt. Thomas Hanrahan on French horn and Tech. Sgt. Ed Schubert on second trumpet. The band spent the day at March ARB spreading holiday cheer to various units around base. “This is our way of thanking the military members for all the hard work they do and the local community for their support of the base,” said Master Sgt.
