Col. Joe Wilburn, commander of Air Force Reserve Command Recruiting, administers the oath of enlistment to 23 new enlistees at Miramar Naval Air Station. The 452nd Recruiting Service Squadron had the third highest number of new enlistees of all units holding mass enlistments in AFRC.
