Kevin L. Krebs, the wing’s new chief of performance planning, was promoted to colonel during a ceremony Nov. 2, in the Cultural Resource Center on base. Brig Gen. James Melin, 452nd Air Mobility Wing Commander, along with Colonel Krebs’ wife, Cheryl, pinned on his rank. Two of his three children, Karl and Claire, also joined in the ceremonies.
