Members of the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (AES) arrive home at Scott AFB, IL as they exit a C-17 Globemaster III from 452nd AMW, March Air Reserve Base, Calif. The 375th AES was assigned to the Mobile Aeromedical Staging Facility at March Air Reserve Base, Calif., in support of medical relief efforts for the California wildfires. The 375th along with other aeromedical components from Pope AFB, N.C., and Travis AFB, Calif., were on standby to air-evacuate fire victims out of the local area.
