Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff meets with Brig. Gen. James Melin, 452nd Air Mobility Wing commander, after his plane landed at March Air Reserve Base last week. Secretary Chertoff visited the Air and Marine Operations Coordination Center, a unit under his department. It was his first visit to the base and AMOCC.
