All users who access the March LAN must log on with their Common Access Card beginning July 31. This includes remote users, such as Outlook Web Access, Remote Access Server and Citrix. Users will also be required to use strong passwords. Only in special circumstances, such as users that are not issued CAC cards, personnel will use strong passwords
