NEW ORLEANS -Ted Eilers, vehicle maintenance operator for the 926th Fighter Wing, points out what remains of his house after Hurricane Katrina to Maj. Carl Fabrizio from March Air Reserve Base, Ca., a member of an Air Force Reserve Critical Incident Stress Management team. The team was visiting the 926th Fighter Wing, an Air Force Reserve Command unit at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, to talk with wing members about the destructive aftermath of the hurricane and the upcoming wing realignment.
