March Air Reserve Base Air Show

A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft, from the 452nd Air Mobility Wing, flies into the sunset while practicing aerial manuevers for AirFest '08 at March Air Reserve Base. The May 3-4 show, called "Thunder Over the Empire," drew approximately 400,000 visitors to the base. It coincided with the 90th anniversary of March as a military base and the 60th anniversary of the Air Force Reserve Command. (U.S. Air Force photo by Val Gempis)
