March Air Field Museum opens Bob Hope display

Sam Wang immigrated from China during the Second World War, with assistance from a general in the Army Air Corps. Having received care for tuberculosis (which cost him his leg) in American military hospitals, he now dedicates his time to support the troops by painting murals and tap dancing. Here, he performs during a dedication of the Bob Hope display at the March Air Field Museum on November 16. (U.S Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Joe Zucarro)
