Army Reserve supports March Air Reserve Base Health Initiative

Reservists from the 7230th Medical Support Unit play a high intensity game of Frisbee golf November 3rd, on the March Air Reserve Base parade field to build up their fitness and maintain a high level of unit cohesiveness and Esprit-de-corps. The activity is part of the unit’s on-going commitment to fitness and the Healthy Base Initiative, where the leadership ensures members are keeping up with fitness through military-related "muscle failure" workouts and cardio activities each drill weekend.
