March Air Reserve Base Restoration Advisory Board Meeting 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 29 at March Air Reserve Base The public is invited to a meeting of the March Air Reserve Base Restoration Advisory Board (RAB). The meeting will be on March ARB and will start at the March ARB Visitors Center, at the intersection of Cactus Avenue and Elsworth Street. The RAB is a citizens’ advisory group for the environmental cleanup of the base. Prospective new members as well as current members are encouraged to attend. The agenda includes a discussion of the Five Year Review of cleanup remedies, Perfluorinated Compounds (PFOS/PFOA), and election of the community co-chair.
