452 MSS gets new commander
Col. Pam LeBlanc, 452 Mission Support Group commander, left, hands the 452nd Mission Support Squadron flag to Major Maureen H. McAllen, the new commander, during a Change of Command ceremony, Sunday. Maj. McAllen replaces outgoing commander Lt. Col. Lisa Yacoub, who is now executive officer at Fourth Air Force. Maj. McAllen, who began her career as an enlisted reservist in 1986, most recently served as executive officer at Fourth Air Force. During her career, Maj. 452 MXS team wins weekend tourney
Four teams participated in the Volleyball Tournament held Sept. 19-20: 452 MXS, Honor Guard, Top 3/Rising 6 and Wing Advisory Council. The 452 MXS went undefeated to win the tournament. 452d Aeromedical Staging Squadron: Our reward is our job
Aeromedical personnel tend to wounded warriors while onboard a C-17 Globemaster III. Missions transport the injured from areas of responsibility to Ramstein AB, Germany, the regional contingency aeromedical staging facility. There, wounded will be assessed for continued care, in which they will be transferred to Lundstul Army Hospital if unstable, or released to travel stateside for continued recovery.
