452 AMXS maintainers save woman and infant from flood
The Inland Empire experienced a Southwest Monsoon that emptied more than 2.29 inches of rain in less than two hours, Aug. 30. March Field experienced impeded traffic flow due to floods caused by heavy rain and gusting winds. Staff Sgt. James Elson, 452 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, used his personal truck to tow a car carrying a woman and her infant child, that stalled while trying to cross a flooded street.
