Army Reserve supports March Air Reserve Base Health Initiative
Reservists from the 7230th Medical Support Unit play a high intensity game of Frisbee golf November 3rd, on the March Air Reserve Base parade field to build up their fitness and maintain a high level of unit cohesiveness and Esprit-de-corps. The activity is part of the unit’s on-going commitment to fitness and the Healthy Base Initiative, where the leadership ensures members are keeping up with fitness through military-related "muscle failure" workouts and cardio activities each drill weekend. Healthy choices
One step to promote your health transformation is to learn to read the labels on products and try to consume foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. In addition to the amount of sugar, carbohydrates, etc., also read the ingredients, and if you can’t pronounce them, they’re probably not good to ingest. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
